Responsibilities
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and nurturing the client base through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development in the field of ERP and cybersecurity products.
More specifically:
- Manage and develop existing client relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Play a key role in business development, shaping growth opportunities and expanding the company’s footprint in the B2B market
- Collaborate with the back-office sales team for smooth account transitions
- Participate in onboarding and product certifications provided by the company
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with ERP solutions and/or antivirus products
- Good command of English
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally in B2B environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and goal-driven mindset
- Academic background in business or IT is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
