Junior IT Support Specialist – Infrastructure (Retail)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist – Infrastructure.
Our client is a well-established multinational organization operating in the retail industry, known for its strong brand presence, innovation and long-standing international footprint.

🖋️ You will be reporting to: IT Manager
What you will do:
In this role, you will support the daily operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, providing first-level technical support to internal users and contributing to the smooth and reliable functioning of IT systems across the organization.
More specifically:
• You will provide first-level IT support for infrastructure-related issues, including hardware, software and network connectivity
• You will assist in monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting servers, network devices and other IT systems
• You will support the installation, configuration and upgrade of IT equipment under supervision
• You will document IT procedures, incidents and solutions in a clear and structured manner
• You will collaborate closely with the IT Manager on infrastructure projects and system improvements
• You will respond to user requests and manage service tickets with a focus on timely resolution
• You will support technical tasks that may require travel to company branches
What we are looking for:
• Studies in Information Technology or a related field
• Previous experience in a junior IT support role or similar duties will be considered an asset
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows 11, servers and IT hardware
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365 and cloud-based IT services is desirable
• Recent or hands-on experience with software applications or ERP systems (e.g. SoftOne ERP) is a plus
• Good command of the English language
• Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication and a collaborative mindset
• Motivation to learn and grow within the IT infrastructure domain
