Your Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, consolidating, and processing data from various systems and files related to store operations and performance.
- Support data quality checks by identifying inconsistencies and collaborating with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and update regular reports and dashboards to support network performance monitoring.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, target achievement, transaction volumes, productivity, and customer service metrics.
- Support the analysis of store performance data and help identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business insights for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with store teams and internal departments to gather information and address reporting requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement and automation of recurring reports under the guidance of senior team members
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science
- Up to 1 year of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of fundamental data analysis concepts and business performance metrics (KPIs).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Good command of the English language, with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and develop professionally.
- Familiarity with basic DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) functions and their application in Power BI reporting and data analysis
