Responsibilities:
- Collects, processes and analyses collection data on a daily basis from PPC's partner networks
- Monitors and verifies the proper execution of partners’ processes and activities (e.g. issuance of purchase orders)
- Prepares and develops reports to capture performance and support decision-making
- Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyses deviations against targets
- Supports the formulation of improvement proposals to enhance the effectiveness of partners and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics or a related field will be considered an additional qualification
- Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in performance monitoring and reporting development
- Experience in related sectors or fields, such as receivables management companies (Servicers) and Data Analytics will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
