ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Junior Application/ERP Support Specialist.

🖋️You will be reporting to: IT Manager
What you will do:
You will be a member of the IT department, and you will facilitate the day-to-day business by supporting all the company’s functions. You will perform monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting activities, on Entersoft ERP.
More specifically you will:
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications and perform the daily tasks assigned
Provide 1st/2nd level of support in all aspects of application support issues
Monitor and maintain the company’s database and perform appropriate maintenance actions
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of reported incidents and apply corrective actions (when possible)
Cooperate with all internal and external stakeholders including the company’s business partners
Coordinate user testing sessions upon the delivery of a new solution
Coordinate user training sessions based on the company’s needs
What we are looking for:
A degree in Computer Science or any related field
Good understanding of finance, order management, warehouse management & supply chain concepts
1+ years of experience in Entersoft ERP
Experience with SQL databases
Experience in other Entersoft products (CRM, WMS etc.) will be highly appreciated
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and a team player mentality
