IT Support Engineer

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking an IT Support Engineer.
 

Our client is a well-established IT services provider, delivering integrated infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to corporate customers, with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships.

📍 Working Model: On-site
🖋️ You will be reporting to: IT Support Manager


What will you do:

The role focuses on the installation, support, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, security systems, and cloud solutions, while providing high-quality technical support to customers both on-site and remotely.

More specifically, you will:

• Install, configure, and support IT infrastructure and communication systems (Servers, Storage, PBX, Routers, WiFi, Switches)
• Install and support information security systems (Firewalls, MDM solutions, Endpoint Protection)
• Provide remote technical support to customers (Helpdesk / Remote Support)
• Design, implement, and support cloud-based solutions (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Private Cloud, Cloud Backup)
• Troubleshoot system, network, and user-related issues
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests




What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role within an IT services company
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
•Very good knowledge of firewall management, including security policies
  design, configuration and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and virtualized infrastructures
• Good knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, Routing, VLANs)
• Familiarity with CRM and Ticketing Systems
• Very good command of the English language
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, time management, and team spirit
• Valid driving license
