Responsibilities:
- Install and configure user’s computer systems
- Respond to user IT support requests
- Manage meetings with users to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues
- Provide software support on PCs and laptops, such as troubleshooting, installing, removing a few different software applications (Outlook 365, Windows programs, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- Administration and configuration (user, groups, reset passwords)
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in similar position
- Experience in Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Android System
- Basic knowledge of Networking & Security
- Basic knowledge in Domain Services will be an asset.
- Basic knowledge in Office 365 Cloud Platform will be an asset
- MS Windows Server or M365 Certification will be an asset
- Basic knowledge of MacOS will be an asset.
