🖋️You will be reporting to: IT Support Team Leader
What you will do:
As an IT Support Associate, you will provide day-to-day technical support to internal users, ensure smooth IT operations, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and infrastructure.
More specifically:
- Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support to internal users (on-site & remote)
- Handle incidents, service requests & troubleshooting (hardware, software, networks, peripherals)
- Install, configure & maintain computers, OS (Windows/macOS), mobile devices & applications
- Manage user accounts (Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
- Support business applications & liaise with external vendors when required
- Monitor & perform basic administration of network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Maintain proper documentation & create knowledge base articles
- Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, migrations & new technology deployments
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Support roles, ideally within IT companies, IT consulting firms, or communications/creative agencies
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory & Group Policies
- Understanding of IT security principles and policies
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of issues, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
- High level of integrity, following security and compliance standards in daily operations
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, tools and technologies
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement of IT processes
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and respectful approach toward internal users and stakeholders
- Good command of English (written & verbal)
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL Foundation.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
- Familiarity with device management (Intune, JAMF, or similar MDM solutions).
