🖋️You will be reporting to: IT Manager
What you will do:
As an IT Support Administrator, you deliver daily on-site technical support across hardware and software, serving as the primary local IT contact, ensuring reliable workstation performance, assisting users with technical needs, and supporting essential IT operations to maintain a smooth, efficient, and productive digital workplace environment.
More specifically:
- Provide first-level (and some second-level) on-site IT support to users
- Handle daily incidents and service requests (hardware, software, peripherals)
- Assist users with laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment
- Guide users with common IT tools and basic troubleshooting
- Prepare, install, and configure user workstations (PC/Mac)
- Set up new hires and manage user moves, changes, and departures
- Perform hardware replacements
- Maintain IT stock and inventory
- Assist with access rights and password issues
- Perform basic system checks and updates
- Follow IT policies and escalate issues when required
- Raise awareness of basic cybersecurity best practices
- Update user guides and simple technical documentation
- Log and track incidents using a ticketing tool (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with HQ IT teams and external providers when needed

- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- First experience, internship, apprenticeship, or strong motivation to start a career in IT support
- Basic knowledge of Windows environments (macOS is a plus)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and networking concept
- Good command of English (written & verbal)
- Strong service-oriented mindset and willingness to help end users
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, patient, and eager to learn
