ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking an IT Sales Account Manager to join a company specializing in Business Continuity, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Service Solutions.
📌 Location: Athens, City Center
📍 Working Model: Onsite
🖋️You will be reporting to: Managing Director
What you will do:
As an IT Sales Account Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and promote IT solutions that enhance security, resilience, and operational efficiency.
More specifically:
• Conduct market research to assess demand for cybersecurity, cloud, and business continuity services
• Develop and expand the client portfolio, targeting businesses in need of IT solutions
• Generate leads through direct outreach and meetings with key decision-makers
• Present customized IT solutions to clients, addressing their security and infrastructure needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years in IT sales, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud, or managed services
• Understanding of cloud services (Microsoft), MSP & MSSP models, BCP, and cybersecurity solutions
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and setting goals.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
• Strong negotiation skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly
