ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a leading manufacturing sector company, is seeking a highly motivated IT Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

What you will do:
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems, supporting ERP applications, managing databases with advanced SQL knowledge, administering the company domain and user access, and maintaining virtualization environments. You will ensure system reliability, data security, and efficient IT support across all departments, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring the smooth operation and availability of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure
- Supporting and maintaining ERP systems and business-critical applications
- Managing databases and reporting using advanced SQL skills
- Administering the company domain, user access, and security policies
- Maintaining and monitoring virtualization environments and servers
- Providing technical support and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
Recruitments:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment will be highly valued.
- 2+ years of experience in managing and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Experience with the Entersoft Suite platform will be considered an asset.
- Excellent knowledge in managing, configuring, and optimizing RDBMSs, particularly MSSQL Server.
- Strong knowledge in SQL, T-SQL
- Strong knowledge in MS Domain administration.
- Strong knowledge in managing virtualization systems.
- Good command of English and Greek
Any experience on any of the following will be considered an asset:
- Knowledge in managing cybersecurity systems. Experience in CISCO environments will be highly valued.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCCA will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with the content and compliance requirements of the NIC2 directive/law.
- Experience using OLAP tools or equivalent Business Intelligence (BI/MIS) tools.
- Experience managing myData, B2C, and B2G processes through service providers.
- General programming principles, with knowledge of one or more OOP programming languages.
- Experience in using OLAP tools or equivalent business intelligence (MIS) tools.
