ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a pioneering global leader in AI-powered financial technology solutions, is looking for a highly motivated Integration Support Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

📍 Working Model: Hybrid working model (3 days office-based, 2 day remote)

What you will do:
As an Integration Support Engineer (ISE), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration between systems. You will assess operational changes from third-party platforms, understand their technical impact, and design effective rollout strategies. Taking ownership of project readiness for System Integration Testing, you will work closely with a Solutions Architect, gaining hands-on experience in building robust, scalable integrations.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Evaluating and managing change requests across platform upgrades, protocol migrations, and topology adjustments, quantifying technical impact and rollback risk, defining mitigation strategies, and securing a jointly endorsed rollout plan with internal and external stakeholders, while consulting the Solution Architect for any solution modifications.
- Compiling and communicating configuration and development prerequisites that third-party systems must meet for System Integration Testing readiness, collaborating directly with their owners
- Executing a concise suite of HTTP-based API smoke tests (REST, SOAP, RPC, etc.), troubleshooting anomalies, and escalating unresolved issues to third-party counterparts and the Solution Architect
- Drafting IAT test cases for developers to execute, guided by the Solution Architect
- Maintaining full traceability by keeping Jira and Confluence records updated for change requests and SIT preparations
- Driving continuous improvement by transforming lessons learned into reusable templates for change-request assessments, SIT readiness checklists, and smoke-test scripts, ensuring future integrations follow streamlined, standardized practices
- Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
- 1–3 years of experience in system integration, API testing, technical support, or QA
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP protocols, HTTP, and JSON/XML
- Ηands-on experience using Postman, SoapUI
- Comfortable with network fundamentals, including IPs, ports, TLS, and credential management
- Fluent in written and spoken Greek & English, enabling clear communication with international stakeholders.
Will be highly appreciated:
- Εxposure to banking APIs, telecom OCS/charging interfaces
- Basic SQL or scripting for quick data checks
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tracking/documentation tools
- Experience in linux, bash scripting etc.
