CAREER OPPORTUNITY – Impact & Communications Manager
Premier Capital Hellas is seeking to recruit an experienced Impact & Communications Manager to lead, own and implement its Impact strategy. This is a role for a public relations or communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings fresh ideas, and is passionate about telling stories that matter to help shape the reputation of one of the world’s most iconic brands.
THE POSITION
Based in Greece and reporting to the Managing Director, the Impact & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing internal and external communication activities to support the company’s business objectives and enhance its reputation among key stakeholders. The role will also involve managing PR projects in liaison with the company’s PR Agency, leading the delivery of ESG data and programmes, maximise the potential of sponsorships and employer brand communications. The candidate will play a key role in working cross-functionally to develop communications that inspire trust, foster engagement, and celebrate our commitment to quality, service, and community.

THE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in communications, public relations, or a related field is required — ideally within the hospitality or retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a track record of delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels. Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken and written) is essential. Experience in managing external partners and agencies, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also key to success in this role.
