IMPACT AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Premier Capital Hellas SA, the operator of 35 McDonald’s restaurants in Greece, is seeking to recruit an experienced Impact & Communications Manager to lead, own and implement its Impact strategy. This is a role for a public relations or communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings fresh ideas, and is passionate about telling stories that matter to help shape the reputation of one of the world’s most iconic brands.

Role Purpose:
At McDonald's, we’re on a mission to be one of the most respected, trusted, and loved brands in the world. The Impact and Communications Manager, based in Greece, leads McDonald’s and Premier Capitals’ Impact strategy, enabling responsible business growth, values-based advocacy, and compelling communications.
This role reporting to the Managing Director, oversees public relations, stakeholder engagement, government relations, sustainability and social impact, ensuring alignment with global standards and local relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and drive a comprehensive Impact agenda for Greece, focused on delivering positive outcomes for people and planet and protect McDonald’s license to operate.
Lead the development and execution of market strategy and governance across communications, ESG & sustainability, and social impact.
Overseepublic relations, brand advocacy, internal communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives to improve Brand Trust.
Support marketing projects with communication activities and media engagement, for initiatives such as new product launches, new service launches, food taste and quality messages.
Serve as an advisor to the MD and the executive leadership team at Group level on reputational, regulatory, legislative, and environmental matters.
Identify, monitor, and anticipate reputational risks, including legislative trends, geopolitical shifts, consumer sentiment, and activist pressure and keep stakeholders notified of any risks.
Develop and execute a comprehensive internal and external communication strategy to support business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, media, NGOs, associations, and community organisations.
Manage internal communications channels and oversee the creation of engaging content for employees, fostering a transparent, two-way communication culture that enhances employee understanding, alignment, and engagement with organizational goals.
Support the market’s progress toward McDonald’s global and local sustainability commitments, including Ronald McDonald’s House Charities (RMHC).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations Social Sciences, Public Affairs, International Relations, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, sustainability, CSR, government relations, public policy, and stakeholder management.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both the Greek and the English language.
