📌 Location: Athens, Greece
📍 Working Model: On-Site, 5 days / week
🖋️You will be reporting to: Managing Director

What you will do:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Generalist to implement all HR processes in Kärcher Greece and ensure the efficiency of the HR, achieving a high level of internal customer satisfaction. 

More specifically, the candidate will:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the respective hiring Manager, ensuring alignment with local procedures.
  • Develop and oversee induction plans for new hires, including individual follow-up to guarantee the quality, content, and successful completion of the onboarding process.
HR Support & Collaboration:
 
  • Provide dedicated HR support and guidance to the Managing Director and Managers at Kärcher Greece.
  • Actively collaborate with the Regional HR Manager on improvement projects, contributing regional best practices and ideas.
  • Administer the Digital Work Card (ERGANI system) in accordance with Greek labor law.
Talent Development & Training:
  • Analyze organizational training needs and coordinate the execution of the approved training plan.
  • Identify internal talent, and coordinate development initiatives, career pathing, and growth opportunities within the company.
  • Collaborate in the fulfilment of all the labour aspects and legal topics HR in coordination with the MD and Finance & Administration director. 

What we are looking for:
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in Recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Βυsiness Αdministration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in human resources will be considered an asset
  • Experienced user in talent management systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
