We are looking for talents with great Hindi & English skills who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.
You will be working in a team supporting users of a cross-platform centralized instant messaging (IM) and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service that allows users to send text & voice messages, make voice & video calls, and share content.

What you will do:
- Manage tickets while adhering to established support procedures and policies.
- Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies.
- Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure.
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
- Focus on reaching targets, covering both client-specified goals and internal performance targets.
- Maintain safe and high-quality experiences for people and businesses alike.
- Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
Here’s what we expect from you:
- Superior verbal and written skills in Hindi
- Very good English knowledge
- Ability to comprehend the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics.
- Ability to fluently interact without strain for either party.
- Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; B2B is a distinct advantage
- High attention to details and follow through
- An effective team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
- Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and the customer experience
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks at once, including customer interactions and call logging.
