🖋️You will be reporting to: Center Manager
What you will do:
As a Guest Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, providing information and support to visitors, and contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
More specifically:
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide information about stores, services, and promotional activities
- Handle visitor requests, complaints, and inquiries effectively
- Manage customer service utilities (chargers, strollers etc.)
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns within the center
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
- Collaborate with store operators for updates and reporting
- Assist in lost & found procedures and gift voucher transactions
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent command of English
- Reliability, professionalism, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in shifts, and on weekends
