In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use your communication and sales skills to engage with business partners and retailers, develop lasting relationships, and contribute to the success of an exciting and dynamic business environment.
No two days will be the same as you'll connect with business partners, identify new opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and help drive business growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Communicating with business partners and retailers through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing business partners.
- Identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new retailers, and reactivating inactive business partners.
- Understanding partners' business needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Presenting and promoting B2B services and products to support business growth.
- Handling partner inquiries and resolving operational, technical, and order-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Supporting sales campaigns and business engagement activities.
- Collaborating closely with sales teams and field representatives to achieve business objectives.
- Effectively handling objections and identifying opportunities to strengthen business partnerships.
- Maintaining accurate records of partner interactions and activities in the relevant systems.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Greek and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and provide solutions tailored to partners' needs.
- Strong customer orientation with active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic working environment.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and internet applications.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, B2B sales, or account management will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer service platforms will be considered a plus.
