Your work will include:
The Front Office & Revenue Manager will act as a strategic partner in both revenue optimization and front office leadership, contributing to the hotel’s overall performance and guest satisfaction.
More specifically:
- Managing pricing, availability, bookings, and inquiries across OTA platforms
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring pricing strategies
- Daily, monthly, and annual forecasting and budgeting
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators
- Conducting market and competitor rate analysis
- Applying yield management and demand-driven pricing techniques
- Ensuring exceptional guest service standards at all touchpoints
- Overseeing all front desk operations (check-in, check-out, reservations, room allocation, etc.)
- Recruiting, training, supervising, and mentoring the Front Office team
- Preparing weekly and monthly staff schedules in compliance with Greek Labor Law
- Proactively managing guest complaints and special requests
- Coordinating contracts and operations for events hosted at the hotel
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, security procedures, and brand standards
- Ensuring GDPR compliance in all guest data handling processes
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of the English language (additional languages will be considered an asset)
- Advanced user of Windows and MS Office applications
- Strong expertise in OTA platforms and channel management systems
- Solid understanding of revenue management principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven, adaptable, and highly organized professional
- Leadership mindset with a strong coaching and people-development approach
Compensation Package and Benefits:
