Actionline is seeking a Financial Advisor on behalf of a major client, an independent domestic Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Servicer, based in Marousi.
As a Financial Advisor, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. The position requires courtesy, strong communication skills, and a client-focused approach.

📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound/Outbound communication with bank debtors.
- Identification of customer’s needs and payment ability.
- Provide advisory support to clients on debt repayment strategies.
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
✅ Required Qualifications:
- Proven professional experience in a similar role in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines.
- Efficient computer skills and the ability to multitask.

- Monthly gross salary: €1.400 – €1.700
- Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
