ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a company that works as a distributor of scientific instruments for analytical laboratories and provides full technical support (methods development, troubleshooting etc.) to its customers, is seeking a Field Service Engineer, to join and develop their team.
📌 Location: Chalandri, Athens
💼 Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of analytical chemistry scientific instruments.
- On-site field customer technical support.
- Management of customer service requests and coordination of service activities.
- Preparation of technical reports following the completion of each assignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Agricultural Science
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of electronic repairs/design and use of software applications
- Experience in the operation and repair of analytical scientific instruments, with an emphasis on chromatography
- Willingness to travel and work off-site (domestically and internationally)
- Valid Category B (Class B) driving license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills
