🖋️You will be reporting to: Technical Director
Your daily activities will include:
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of the annual preventive and corrective maintenance program for the Group’s properties, including preparation and submission of the relevant budget for approval to the Development Technical Director.
• Responsible for the planning and delivery of small-scale technical projects (non-development works), including preparation of the related investment budget.
• Approve, monitor and optimize the preventive and corrective maintenance program of electromechanical (MEP) equipment and building installations to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
• Oversee the quality and timely execution of maintenance works and technical projects.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenses, ensuring implementation within the approved budget.
• Ensure timely submission of procurement requests, define technical specifications, evaluate offers and participate in contractor selection in cooperation with the Procurement department.
• Oversee contract compliance (technical and commercial terms) and supervise the certification and invoice approval process.
• Ensure proper organization and maintenance of physical and electronic records, including FM software systems (e.g. asset registry, maintenance tracking, warehouse monitoring).
• Establish and improve internal procedures and operational standards of the Facility Management department.
• Prepare reports, analyze data and provide recommendations for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
• Lead, supervise and develop the Facility Management team, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.
• Identify training needs and support the continuous development of the department’s personnel.
• Prepare and conduct expense review meetings with the Development Technical Director.
• Travel, when required, to the Group’s facilities across Greece for supervision purposes.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Facility Management or a similar engineering role.
• Experience in design and execution of MEP installations in construction projects.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing technical teams and external contractors.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
