Our client is a leading organization in the retail and supply chain industry, supporting complex commercial and warehouse operations across multiple channels.

What you will do:
As the ERP / WMS Applications Specialist you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous optimization of the company’s ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of commercial, financial, and warehouse processes. You will oversee and coordinate implementations, integrations, and upgrades of SoftOne ERP and Aberon WMS, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and overall business performance.
More specifically:
Monitor and support the daily operation of ERP and WMS systems.
Configure workflows and business processes (Commercial Management, Warehouse Operations, Order Management).
Coordinate and implement integrations between ERP, WMS, and third-party systems (e-shop platforms, courier systems, BI tools, scanners).
Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and functional enhancements.
Develop and manage SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting.
Implement customizations and automations using JavaScript where required.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Logistics departments to analyze business needs and optimize processes.
Provide training and support to end users.
Ensure data integrity and the proper functioning of system integrations.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in administration, configuration, or support of SoftOne ERP.
Experience in implementation or support of WMS solutions (preferably Aberon WMS).
Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, views, reporting, troubleshooting).
Knowledge of JavaScript for customizations and validations.
Solid understanding of business processes (Commercial Management, Warehouse, Logistics).
Ability to analyze business requirements and collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Any of the following will be considered an asset
Experience in ERP–WMS integrations with third-party systems (e-commerce, courier platforms, BI tools, APIs).
Participation in ERP/WMS upgrade or rollout projects.
Experience in commercial, industrial, or logistics environments.
