Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Collect and share client feedback to improve products and services.
Build strong internal and external relationships to identify opportunities.
Develop account strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
Handle client issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Resolve daily challenges that impact campaign delivery or revenue.
Client Engagement
Research client goals and market trends to better understand their needs.
Identify optimization and growth opportunities.
Present tailored advertising solutions and recommendations.
Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
Industry Knowledge
Stay informed about digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
Use market insights to provide added value to clients.
Pipeline & Performance
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting.
Share client insights with internal teams.
Keep detailed records of client activities.
Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets.
Requirements
High school diploma required.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
2+ years in a telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships or accounts and achieve sales targets.
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads); certifications are an advantage.
Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
