CAREER OPPORTUNITY - DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Premier Capital is seeking to recruit a Director of Finance to lead its financial operations, who will provide strategic insights to support organizational strategy and ensuring sustainable growth.
THE POSITION
Based in Greece the role reports to the Managing Director of Premier Capital Hellas, with a dotted line to Chief Financial Officer of Premier Capital.
The Director of Finance will play a pivotal role in leading and managing all financial operations within Premier Capital Hellas, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury functions, while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and driving cost efficiency, profitability, and financial sustainability.
This position partners closely with the Managing Director and the market leadership team to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights, supporting informed decision-making and contributing to long-term business growth.
The successful candidate will oversee the Finance function of Greece, lead standardisation and simplification initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred) and have a minimum of five years’ experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within multinational or multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and statutory compliance, expertise with ERP Systems and Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken) are core attributes for this role.
This role requires a results-driven leader with strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering value across the business. Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and strong alignment with business goals are critical for success.
Previous experience working within the McDonald’s Finance environment will be considered an asset.
