As a Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and data platforms that collect, process, and organize large volumes of data for reporting, analytics, and business insights. You will ensure data quality, reliability, and performance, working closely with analytics and business teams to support data-driven decision making across marketing and communication initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Designing, building, and maintaining reliable data pipelines and data infrastructure to support reporting and analytics
- Collecting, cleaning, and transforming structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Collaborating with analytics, strategy, and technology teams to ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
- Preparing and organizing datasets to support analytics and data-driven use cases.
- Monitoring and improving data quality, validation processes, and basic data governance practices.
- Supporting data storage, performance optimization, and data processing in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Learning and applying modern data engineering tools, cloud technologies, and best practices.
Recruitments:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data-focused roles
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data processing, transformation, and automation.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Pandas, Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic understanding of cloud data platforms and data storage solutions
- Exposure to AI or machine learning concepts is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages
