ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator.

📌 Location: Viotia Region 
📍 Working Model: on-site



Your work will include:

Acting as the Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator, responsible for coordinating customer service operations and supporting supply chain activities, including order processing, customer communication, data entry and coordination with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.



More specifically:
  • Manage daily customer communication, confirmations, delivery updates etc.
  • Coordinate with production/warehousing, other departments & external vendors to ensure on-time delivery as required
  • Coordinate shipments, negotiate carrier rates, and track consignments
  • Record and monitor orders, backorders, and ensure follow-up actions
  • Act as a liaison between sales, production, and logistics teams
  • Update CRM & ERP records and maintain data accuracy
  • Analyze and track supply chain data, identify issues, assist in implementing process improvements and create reports
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, delays or other customer complaints
  • Provide administrative support to procurement
  • Maintain procurement files, vendor data and compliance records



What we are looking for:
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service and supply chain operations
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with ERP systems (preferable Softone) and MS Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Customer focus, results driven, methodical and reliable
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and can-do attitude
  • Trustworthy, self-confident and self-motivated
