Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a civil works project and schedule activities.
- Manage supplies and warehouse stock, such as materials, machines, and equipment.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, drawings).
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
- Organize the set-up and transportation of the crew.
- Ensure works are performed on time, while maintaining high-quality levels.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety guidelines.
- Deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in a site project.
- Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of the German language is a strong plus.
- Ability to work under demanding conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- High sense of responsibility and effectiveness in task execution.
- Professionalism, reliability, and consistency in work performance.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Willingness to learn and pursue continuous professional development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
