ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking for a Business Analyst.
Our client is an IT consulting and technology services firm that supports organizations in designing and delivering digital solutions. The company works with public and private sector clients, implementing systems integration projects, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

What you will do:
As a Business Analyst, you will join their company’s dynamic team and participate in the analysis and support of digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping and developing digital solutions that drive operational efficiency.
More specifically, you will:
Lead and coordinate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
Analyze business needs and technical requirements, documenting use cases and translating them into comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
Prepare, manage, and continuously update project documentation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Business) to ensure smooth and timely solution delivery.
Participate in and support UAT processes, ensuring deliverables align with agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analysis-related deliverables.
Coordinate meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track action items and pending tasks.
Take ownership of analysis activities and proactively monitor project progress across all phases.
Provide structured and regular status reporting to management, highlighting risks, deviations, and mitigation plans when necessary.
What we are looking for:
A BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position within the IT sector.
Strong ability to write and translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
Strong understanding of the project lifecycle (SDLC) and fundamental project management principles.
Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Experience in Data Analysis and a good knowledge of databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
It will be considered an asset, any of the following
Knowledge or hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools preferably PowerBI
Experience in Public sector or Government Digital transformation projects
