🖋️ You will be reporting to: Professional Sales Director
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire activity of the branch.
- Support, supervision and evaluation of the work of the branch staff (commercial, administrative).
- Implement the strategic planning of the business.
- Monitoring all channels (Direct Sales, Channel sales) to achieve the required sales and growth figures.
- Especially develop product sales through Dealers.
- Responsible for account management of nominated dealers.
- Identify and work with new Trade Partner opportunities to expand the Professional Business Unit footprint.
- Guarantee the adequate level of after-sales quality, ensuring the quality of the work, and response times, as well as the expenses.
- Ensure an adequate level of stock of machinery, spare parts and accessories according to the needs of the branch.
- Attendance to all training given by the company to guarantee the update of knowledge and company policies.
- Analysis of indicators and application of correct measures if necessary.
- Other functions related to his/her responsibility
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial department management, valuable in a multinational company.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling dealer sales especially in Northern Greece.
- Commercial team management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration
- MBA will be a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office familiar with CRM use.
- Valuable English at a high level, both spoken and written.
- Full proficiency of English, any other European languages are highly appreciated.
- Sales and negotiation techniques.
- Availability to travel.
