🖋️You will be reporting to: Management Team
Your work will include:
Supporting the organization in daily business operations and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
More specifically:
- Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and review agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and update records, databases, and reports to support business functions.
- Coordinate and follow up on conferences and events.
- Assist in maintaining balanced accounts and managing financial reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a back-office or administrative support role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
