ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a company in the production of plastic packaging material, is seeking a Assistant Production Manager.
📌 Location: Scimatari, Voiotia
🖋️You will be reporting to: Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising the production process.
- Optimizing production procedures.
- Ensuring the achievement of the production schedule in terms of planned volumes and timelines.
- Monitoring compliance with ERP procedures.
- Monitoring machine performance (via EVOCON software), taking measures to improve it.
- Coordinating the activities of shift supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Supervising, evaluating, and guiding production staff.
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborating with all company departments and external partners.
- Implementing new effective practices to improve the production process.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an industrial production environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in shifts.
