Your responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting and engage advertisers through proactive sales activities
• Identify customer needs and convert opportunities into business growth
• Recommend digital advertising solutions using a consultative sales approach
• Build strong customer relationships and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Achieve revenue targets while delivering an excellent customer experience
• Use CRM tools, sales insights, and market knowledge to drive performance

Your profile:
• Native or near-native Arabic speaker with fluent English
• Minimum 12 months of sales experience (Outbound Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar)
• Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and achieving targets
• Understanding of digital advertising solutions and customer acquisition strategies
• Results-driven, resilient, customer-focused, and comfortable using CRM and sales tools
