On behalf of our client Seneca Medical S.A., a leading specialized medical group in hair restoration with almost four decades of experience and an expanding presence across Greece and abroad, we are looking for an Accounting and Finance Officer to join the Group's Accounting & Finance team and play an active role in its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify supplier invoices, expenses and accounting entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Support in the monthly and annual closing processes.
- Maintain and update accounting records.
- Prepare and monitor supplier payments.
- Monitor bank balances and support of cash flow.
- Liase with suppliers and internal departments.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) and familiarity with IFRS or local GAAP are considered an advantage.
- Hands on experience with an accounting software (e.g. Pylon) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and a high level of integrity and accountability are expected.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational & time management skills.
